This is half the reason she jumped, this is why she quit her job, this is what makes life sweet. This experience is what she is bringing back so we could start building on the dream. And if nothing comes out of it, at least she can make her own croissants.

Fraisier - the pastry cream wasn't whipped enough because it was late in the day and the instructor wanted to clock out already. The pastry cream should have been lighter than this.
