This is part 3 of 3 of my Sweet Dreams Are Made of These journal entry. These are pictures of my wife's projects from her pastry class at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, which is part of what brought us to travel to Paris for 6 weeks.

Here are the last pictures of my wife's pastry projects from her Intensive Basic Pastry Course at Le Cordon Bleu. She finished the course today, she's happy and I swear I gained 10 pounds.

First up is what I call the Le Couloir de la Mort Gâteau or The Death Row Cake because this is the cake you want for dessert if you ever find yourself in death row having your last meal. It's rich, dark and bittersweet like life. It's a fucking orgasm in your mouth:
